If you do not live in or cannot conveniently get to the Chicago Metro area to pick-up your piece at the shop, below is a sampling of resources/links on available methods of delivery. CustomWoodAccents does not endorse any specific entity listed below. Ultimately, we will work with you to identify a shipping method that makes the most sense given the nature of our product, the weight, its value, and the distance the piece must travel. All shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the individual product price listed on this site. Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so through PayPal as described on our "Buy Now" page. Through this secure service, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Commissioned Pieces All commissioned pieces will require an up front non-refundable (once work begins) deposit of at least 50%. The balance will be due upon delivery of the finished piece. Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information
including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
